Terms of Service

RankIndia (rankindia.live, "the Service") is an online advertising board operated by Ayush Kumar (sole proprietor), trading as RankIndia, Ghaziabad 201102, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). By submitting a listing, making a payment or boosting a listing you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Delivery Policy and the Content Policy. You must be 18 or older, or act with a guardian's consent.

1. What you are buying

A payment on RankIndia buys advertising placement on the board for the current season. Placement (rank and tile size) is determined solely by the total amount paid for a listing in that season, as described in How it works. This is not an auction, a contest, a lottery, or an investment. You are not buying a guaranteed rank, a guaranteed number of clicks, or any ownership.

1a. Pricing and delivery

You choose your own bid amount (minimum ₹1). There is no listing fee or platform commission; the amount you pay is credited in full to the listing's season total. See Pricing. Bid credit is immediate on payment confirmation; new listings go live once they pass the content checks, normally within minutes and at most within 24 hours. See the Delivery Policy.

2. No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including when your listing is outbid, when a season ends, when a listing is rejected or removed for violating the content policy, or when you change your mind. See the refund policy.

3. Review and removal

Every listing is checked against the content policy before going live, by automated checks and, where needed, by a person. Live listings may be re-checked at any time and can be reported by visitors; a listing may be paused automatically while a report or a failed check is looked into. We may reject, pause, edit, or remove any listing at any time, for any reason, without refund, including content-policy violations, misleading content, suspected fraud, or legal risk.

4. Seasons

Boards reset monthly (Indian Standard Time). Totals do not carry over. Past winners are recorded in the Hall of Fame.

5. Crowd boosts

Anyone may add money to a listing's bid through its boost link. Boost payments are made voluntarily by the supporter, are non-refundable, and give the supporter no rights over the listing.

6. Clicks and analytics

Click counts are filtered for bots and repeated clicks and are provided as-is. Attempting to inflate clicks or bids artificially, or to interfere with the service, is prohibited and may result in removal without refund.

7. Your content

You must have the right to use the name, logo, and text you submit. You grant RankIndia a licence to display them on the board and in promotional material (for example, "this month's #1"). You are responsible for your linked website.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankIndia's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for downtime, lost clicks, or indirect losses.

9. Accounts, security and misuse

Your dashboard link and password are private; you are responsible for keeping them secret. Automated bidding, click manipulation, impersonation, chargeback abuse and attempts to interfere with the Service may result in removal and a ban without refund.

10. Changes to the Service and these terms

We may change features, boards, seasons or prices, and update these terms, at any time. Material changes are posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, write to us; most issues are resolved by email within a few days.

12. Grievance officer

In line with Indian IT rules, complaints about content on the Service can be sent to the grievance officer: Ayush Kumar, [email protected]. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
