Privacy Policy

This policy explains what RankIndia (rankindia.live), operated by Ayush Kumar (sole proprietor), trading as RankIndia, collects and why. Data controller contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Listing owners: name, email, listing details, and payment records (we never see your card/UPI details; Razorpay processes payments).
• Supporters (boosts): the display name and message you choose to enter, plus payment records.
• Visitors: standard server logs. For click counting we store a one-way hash of your IP address that rotates daily, the referring site, and your country. We do not store raw IP addresses in click data.

Why

To run the board, show rankings and click counts, send you your dashboard link and bid notifications, prevent fraud, and comply with law (including tax records).

Sharing

Razorpay (payments), our hosting provider, Cloudflare (security and delivery), and our email provider. We do not sell personal data. Listing name, logo, description, supporter names and messages are public by design.

Cookies

Only an admin session cookie for site staff. No advertising cookies.

Retention

Payment records: 8 years (Indian tax law). Click logs: 12 months. You can ask us to delete your listing's public content at any time; payment records are retained as required by law.

Your rights

Request access, correction, or deletion at [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Passwords are stored hashed. Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). Access to the admin panel is restricted to the operator.
